Every batch has its own QR code.
One code per batch. Scan it and you know where the tuna you’re serving comes from.
A QR code on every case.
Every case carries a unique QR code. Scan it, or search for the batch number: the batch page opens.

The freezing certificate.
It travels with the goods. The tuna was frozen to the required temperature before it reached you: it’s the document anyone serving raw fish needs.

No additives.
No added water, no colourings, no preservatives. The colour you see is the tuna’s own, not the result of a treatment.
For the menu
Ready-to-use menu information.
For every batch we give you a ready line to paste into your menu: species with its scientific name, FAO area, gear, “thawed”. Telling guests where your tuna comes from is an advantage.
